Default cannot reach ftp connection

I cannot reach ftp connection with 'Total commander'. I have several sites on several hosting companies and my Total Commander work properly everywhere but your server (I have attempted from 3 different computers). Your server work properly till one week ago.
That is not all. I cannot send my message (I can receive but not send). I have conntacted you support a few days ago, but not received any raply yet.
I lose my patience...

Default Is anybody here?

Does anybody read this forum? Moderator where are you? I have serious problems with servers. I hunt your live support two days but without success. I sended e-mail to your support services and nothing.
On my list of problems I add a new one:

I have parked some domain names to my server and I tried to buy them on registerfly. But buying was failed with this error: 400 Unable to establish socket: (110) Connection timed out.

I CANNOT DISPOSE OF MY ACCONUT - WHY? WHY NOBODY ANSWER TO ME (Where is 24 hour a day support?!)

If you would read the top of the forums it clearly states that these are NON-SUPPORT forums. If you would have filed a support ticket it would have been definitly answered. We never everlook a ticket. So if you did send a ticket I suggest you try again. We address every ticket that comes in within 3-4 hours in the support department.

Yes, I took support ticket, but still have a problem. I know this is not support forum, but customer expiriences - I am your customer and this IS my expirience. I have not any other way to solve problems (your live chat is still offline).

Default My Apologize

I have to apologize for maybe rough words. I solve one of the problems in my Outlook Express, but have to say that I have more than 10 mail account but only yours work on different way.
If someone have the same problem: Can send, but cannot receive e-mails, solution is: Choose tools/account in your Outlook Express, than choose mail accounts properties, than servers. Here you must check 'My server requires authentication'
Once again, I apologize becouse I told it is x9hosting problem (but I think you must have explanations for minor problems like this, not just answered 'Everithing looks fine')
