Any idea what is generating the error when using http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel ?

I am not sure what you are reffering to when your topic says SSL certificate error, but then your question is about logging in. Your best bet would to be to open a ticket at the X9 helpdesk. You can find it by going to http://support.x9hosting.com.

These forums are not fully supported and well will be able to work with you better at our helpdesk.

What browser are you using mate? I have had a similar problem since upgrading to internet explorer v 7.0. If you have upgraded as well Just click the second link down in the browser window to ignore the warning and proceed to the site and that should work.
